Ingredients:
- 2 acorn squash, halved and seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced

- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon dried sage

Instructions:

- Place the acorn squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side down, and bake for 30 minutes.
